Appraiser Joni Palmer is a graduate of the Asheford Institute of Antiques course on antiques, collectibles, decorative arts, and appraisal methodology, as well as an associate member of the Asheford Institute of Antiques with both USPAP and PACC personal property appraisal certification. In addition to the credentials provided by this internationally recognized school, Joni and her husband Brad have personal experience in the field of antiques and collectibles as owners of Alma's Attic antique store and over a decade of involvement in the field of antiques.
